Over the years the condition of your roof can deteriorate. Rust can form on metal surfaces such as valleys and the pointing at your ridge-capping can become cracked and weakened. If spotted and rectified quickly enough these problems cause you little stress. If left unchecked however they can become a major issue, allowing water to enter into the roof cavity of your house. This of course can cause leakage, and in some cases, water damage to certain areas that are concealed from view.

 We can check your roof for you and if need be, give you a quotation on any repairs that need to be done. It costs you nothing and can, at the very least, give you peace of mind.

The valley on the left had severe rust and holes in it so we had to replace it. The valley on the right had only minor surface rust so we treated it with a rust converter, then primed and painted it with 2 coats of Dulux Acratex high build roof membrane. The colour match between the new & restored is not perfect but it's very close. We also treated, primed & painted the Klip-Loc metal roof shown in the photograph.

Leaks can be a real nightmare, especially when you can't find the cause. We have years of experience and can usually get to the bottom of the issue fairly quickly.
